1. How is the Player’s Club tier calculated?

The calculation is total the Player’s Club points earned minus total the Player’s Club points decayed.

2. Is it possible to go backwards in the the Player’s Club tiers?

Yes it is, but only if you don’t play for the Decay Period. If the Decay Period is 60 days, then you must go 60 days without earning a the Player’s Club point before the nominated amount of Decay Points will be removed from your the Player’s Club balance. Please note that the deduction will only happen once every Decay Period, so if the Decay Period for the level is 60 days then you will only have points decayed once every 60 days.

3. Where can I purchase items with my points?

You can pick up tournament coupons and cash exchanges through your player admin.

4. How does the Exchanges per Month rule work?

You will only be allowed to exchange your points for cash a total of 3 times per calendar month. You will not be able to exchange at levels beneath your current the Player’s Club tier.

5. If I exchange points for cash will I drop in the Player’s Club tiers?

No, you will not. You will lose whatever points you exchange from your balance, but the calculation for your the Player’s Club tier is based on lifetime points earned minus lifetime points decayed. Spending points does not alter your the Player’s Club tier in any way.

6. How do I get into the two freerolls at the end of each month?

You must earn 250 the Player’s Club points during the calendar month to be eligible to play in a freeroll. You’ll need to earn 500 the Player’s Club points if you wish to play in both freerolls.

7. When do the freerolls run?

The freerolls will run on the last Saturday and Sunday of every month starting at 15:00 lobby time. There must be at least 5 players registered for the tournament to start.
